Our stay here was great, excellent place for exploring Cleveland. We had an incredible room. Excellent service offered. Everything great. We visited the downstairs bar and enjoyed the hot drinks.

we loved the continental breakfast and the fabulous staff. the suite was ideal for our weekend. the staff did all they can for a perfect stay. the location was unbeatable, not too far from a 150000 square - foot museum. the pool area was nice too.

The venue is a bit dated tbh, even so it has TERRIFIC location and staff.

Overall clean and handy place and the breakfast was free of charge. Staff were vip, everything was wonderful. There was an inviting bar with marvellous service. Great walkable location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from playhouse square.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. We think it's a convenient base for staying in Cleveland. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Stadium 3 Bar & Grill, no need to go somewhere else: )

We enjoyed staff and location plus the views were nice. Had nice dainties at Starbucks, located right next to the hotel. The beds and pillow were comfortable. When we came, the hostess met us and was kind. Lovely stay, we had everything needed.

Taste the food in North Point Grill, you only need to walk 200 feet to reach it. Stay there and enjoy your Cleveland weekend.

hotel was situated close to tourist destinations like west side market. short way from the restaurant starbucks. it was a true 4-star property, with really accommodating staff. distance to amtrak - cleveland train station was about 10 minutes walk.
